void addColumns(ArrayTable at)

Adds columns to the table.

Parameters:

at - The array table

postProcessData

void postProcessData(ArrayTable at,
                     boolean useAudicClaverieTest)

Processes the data.

Parameters:

at - The array table

useAudicClaverieTest - Whether to use the Audic-Claverie test or the Fisher test

appendData

void appendData(ArrayTable at,
                TissueSummary ts)

Appends data to the table.

Parameters:

at - The array table

ts - The tissue summary information to be added to the table
